Terms of Service

To maintain our standards of food quality and ensure timely delivery, we enforce a strict **19 km maximum delivery radius** centered around our kitchen coordinates (17.830068, 78.704634).

• GPS Verification Gate: Before manual address input is unlocked, customers must complete active GPS location verification by clicking the "Detect My Location" button.
• Out of Range: If coordinates calculate a straight-line distance beyond the 19 km geofence, order booking will be restricted, and a warning dialog will request selection of a closer delivery point.

Product details, sizing, portion options, and live stock statuses (available/out of stock toggles) are updated in real-time.

• Addons & Customizations: Standard customized notes are treated as customer instructions. Double Masala and Extra Salan & Raita for Biryanis are offered free of cost.
• Branch Selection: Customers are solely responsible for ensuring the correct branch (Runway 9 Old vs. Runway 9 New) is selected at checkout.

Because food is freshly prepared, cancellation windows are strictly limited.

• Cancellation Window: Orders cannot be cancelled or modified once kitchen preparation has begun (typically within 5 minutes of payment confirmation).
• Refunds: Refund requests for failed digital transactions or incorrect orders are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Approved refunds will be processed back to the original source UPI account within 5-7 business days.
